Obituary: Services for Anita Elbadean Barger, 71, will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 19, 2005 at Obion Chapel Church of Christ with Bro. Ernest Pounds officiating. Burial will follow in Obion Chapel Cemetery. Mrs. Barger died Tuesday, March 17, 2005 at her residence. She was born June 27, 1933, the daughter of the late Grover Rhodes and Charlie Brown Rhodes and was a retired factory worker at HIS Industries. She was a member of Obion Chapel Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Barger, on July 15, 2004. Surviving are a daughter, Kaye McAlister of Cedar Grove; a granddaughter, Brandy Jones (Glynn) of Medina, TN and a great-grandson, Harriston Jones. Pallbearers will be John Hardy, William Bird, Paul Thomas, Michael Tate, Danny Ross and Jimmy Taylor. Honorary pallbearer will be Melvin Wimberley. Friends may visit with the family today from 4:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home and will lie in state at the church Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Anita Elbadean married Bobby Joe BARGER. Bobby Joe died on 15 Jul 2004. Resided in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999. They had one child:
