495. Genivia Pearl McDANIEL. Born on 13 Oct 1924. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Resided in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in Oct 2003.

On 8 Feb 1941 when Genivia Pearl was 16, she married Fred DAVIS, son of Will DAVIS & Fannie SHACKELFORD. Born on 3 Sep 1917. At the age of 83, Fred died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 6 Sep 2000. Buried in Sep 2000 in Sand Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Occupation: Farmer.

Obituary: Services for Fred Davis were Friday, September 8 at Sand Ridge Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery with Pafford Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Davis, who was 83, died Wednesday, September 6 at Jackson General Hospital of cancer. He was a retired farmer. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Pearl Davis of Lexington; a daughter, Geneva Coffman of Wildersville; two brothers, Claudie Davis and Cleavie Davis of Huntingdon; a sister, Estelle Scott of Lexington, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

496. Edward Harrison McDANIEL. Born on 12 Nov 1927. At the age of 67, Edward Harrison died in Aug 1995. Buried in Aug 1995 in Cades, Gibson County, Tennessee. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Alias/AKA: "Ted".

Edward Harrison married Doris FLAKE, daughter of Paul A. FLAKE (1902-1985) & Ruby G. MYRACLE (1908-1979). Born in 1929. At the age of 73, Doris died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 4 Sep 2002. Buried on 6 Sep 2002 in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee. Resided in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in Aug 2000.

Obituary: Services for Doris McDaniel, 73, are today at 3:30 p.m. at Reed's Chapel with burial in McDaniel Family Cemetery in Milan. Mrs. McDaniel died Wednesday, September 4, 2002 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She is survived by her daughter, Sandy Huffman of Jackson; two sons, Edward McDaniel of Lexington and Mark McDaniel of Milan and one sister, Polly Douglas of Wildersville. She also leaves twelve grandchildren, Elizabeth, Courtney, Angie, Ryan, Chad, Justen, Dustin, Audrey, Hannah, Becky, Rachel and Andy and ten great grandchildren, Tristen, Lee, Kendall, Alex, Isabella, Ben, McKaylan, Caitlyn, Jake and Abby.



They had the following children:

ii. Sandra. Resided in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in Sep 2002. Alias/AKA: "Sandy".

Sandra married ? HUFFMAN.

iii. Mark. Resided in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in Sep 2002.


497. Jessie Wanita McDANIEL. Born on 14 Feb 1929 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Houston, Texas in Oct 2003.

Jessie Wanita first married Frazier KIRBY, son of Homer KIRBY (1894-1986) & Ada ROBINSON (1895-1970). Born in 1928 in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, Frazier died in Centennial Medic, Nashville, Tennessee in 1997. Buried in 1997 in Potts Cemetery, Dickson, Dickson County, Tennessee. Frazier retired from Ebb Tide Boat Company.

Obituary: Mr. Frazier Harlon Kirby, 69, of Dickson, died Tuesday, September 9, in Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. Funeral services were conducted Friday, September 12, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Taylor Funeral Home in Dickson. Interment followed in the Potts Cemetery. Mr. Kirby, the son of the late Homer Kirby and Ada Robinson Kirby, was born May 28, 1928, in Carroll County. He was retired from the Ebb Tide Boat Factory. He is survived by two sons, Phillip Kirby and Harlon Kirby, both of Dickson; two daughters, Sharon Thompson of Denton, Texas, and Donna Gaye Stump of Crossville; four sisters, Maggie Lee Kirby, Laura Kirby, Marty Sue Singleton, and Brooksie Nell Douglas, all of Huntingdon; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Taylor Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

They had the following children:
i. Harlen. Resided in Dickson, Dickson County, Tennessee.

ii. Sharon. Resided in Justin, Texas.

Sharon married ? THOMPSON.


Jessie Wanita second married Melvin Leroy FRANTZ.

They had the following children:
i. Donna Gaye. Resided in Crossville, Tennessee.

Donna Gaye married ? STUMP.

ii. Phillip. Resided in Dickson, Dickson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Pete".

iii. Joy.


498. Edna Faye McDANIEL. Born on 17 Apr 1933. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Oct 2003.

Edna Faye married Carlos BLANKENSHIP Junior. Resided in Big Sandy, Benton County, Tennessee in Jun 2004.

They had the following children:
i. Ricky. Born in 1957.

Ricky married Annette BARTHOLOMEW, daughter of Paul Haywood BARTHOLOMEW (1915-1984) & Marion WALL (1923-2007). Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jul 2007.

ii. Judy. Born in 1959.

Vicky married Herschel WILKES Junior, son of Herschel WILKES Senior & Hester Gray HAMPTON (1912-2003). Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Oct 2004. They were divorced.


499. Zelmer Ray McDANIEL. Born on 24 Sep 1937. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Oct 2003. Occupation: Blacksmith.

Zelmer Ray married Patsy PRUETT, daughter of Ronald I. PRUETT & Callie PRATT. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Mar 2009.
