Elizabeth married Euel Leolen WILES (312) , son of Lucian Young WILES (1879-1949) & Ada DOUGLAS (122) (1888-1937). Born on 31 Dec 1914 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 88, Euel Leolen died in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee on 27 Nov 2003. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Resided in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee in Jan 2003. Resided in Decatur, Georgia in Nov 2003.

Euel Wiles was a jeweler and a watchmaker.

Son of Lucian Wiles and Ada Francis Douglas Wiles. Born in Carroll County, Tennessee, December 31, 1914. Preceded in death by sisters, Annie Sue Milam, Mildred Vickery and brothers, James Roy Wiles and Alton Wiles. Survived by his wife of 57 years, Elizabeth Burton Wiles; sons, Dennis (Paula) Wiles of Decatur, Georgia, Lanny Wiles of Nashville, Tennessee, daughter, Juanita Wiles of Nashville, TN; grandchildren, Denise, Conrad and Brandon Wiles; brothers, Coy Wiles of Klamath Falls, Oregon, Paul Wiles of Springfield, Missouri, and Lawton Wiles of Jackson, Tennessee. Mr. Wiles was a member of Saturn Drive Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon. He was a Mason and Shriner, and also served in the US Army during World War II, with duty in North Africa, Sicily and Italy. He had his own business as a jeweler and a watchmaker. Mr. Wiles also worked and retired from Sears as a watchmaker and jeweler. He worked then as a security guard for various agencies. Services will be Saturday, November 29, 2003 at 2:30 p.m., in the Chapel of Roses, with Brother Joe Coleman officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, from 6 - 8 p.m., Friday, 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m., and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
