Obituary: Dimple Cook Robinson, 79, of Hollow Rock, died Tuesday, April 6, at the Huntingdon Health & Rehabilitation Center. Services were held on Thursday, April 8, at Mixie Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Rev. Rufus Chandler and Rev. Kevin Holland officiated at the services. Dilday Funeral Hall was in charge of the arrangements. Pallbearers who served were John Cook, Roger Neely, Don Paynor, Jesse Parker, Phil Robertson and Gene Robertson. Mrs. Robertson, the daughter of the late John Edward and Afra Mae Douglas Cook, was born March 27, 1920, in the Mt. Gillard Community. She was a homemaker and member of the Mixie Missionary Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Martha Robertson; and a brother, Billy Cook. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, R.B. Robertson of Hollow Rock; two brothers, I.D. Cook of Buena Vista and Jim Cook of Lexington; and two grandsons, David Robertson, Jr. and Mitchell Edward Robertson. Dimple married Robertson Brewer ROBERTSON, son of Luther ROBERTSON (1893-) & Vessie BREWER. Born on 2 Jan 1920 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 81, Robertson Brewer died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 1 Jan 2002. Buried on 3 Jan 2002 in Mixie Baptist Church Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Resided in Hollow Rock, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999. Alias/AKA: "R.B.". Obituary: R.B. Robertson, 81, of the Mixie Community of Hollow Rock, died Tuesday, January 1, at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon. Services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 3, at the Mixie Missionary Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Bro. Rufus Chandler and Bro. Kevin Holland officiated. Pallbearers who served were Jean Robertson, Phil Robertson, Jessie Parker, J.C. Neely, Eddie Stewart and Mike Ledsinger. Chase Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Robertson, the son of the late Luther and Vessie Brewer Robertson, was born January 2, 1920, in Henderson County. He was a World War II Army Veteran, having served in the 51st Combat Engineer Company, and a member of the Mixie Missionary Baptist Church, where he taught Sunday School for over 40 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dimple Cook Robertson, who died April 6, 1999; a daughter, Martha Frances Robertson; and three sisters, Aldeana Parker, Marine Holmes and Naomi Robertson. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David and Scherrie Robertson of Hollow Rock; two brothers, Ezra Gray Robertson of Sardis and Teenie Ray Robertson of Chicago, Illinois; two grandsons, David Robertson, Jr., and Mitchell Edward They had the following children:

Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Resided in Buena Vista, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999. I. D. Cook was a retired farmer and carpenter. Obituary: Services for I. D. Cook, 79, will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 14, 2002, at Reeds Chapel in Lexington. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery in Wildersville. Mr. Jones, a farmer, died Monday, November 11, 2002, at Baptist Hospital in Huntingdon. He was preceded in death by his wife Lessie Cook. Survivors include one daughter, Jennifer Rogers of Trezevant; one son, John Cook of Nashville; one brother, Jim Cook of Lexington; and one grandchild, Chris Harrison. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, and 9:00 a.m. until service time Thursday. On 19 Nov 1947 when I.D. was 24, he married Lessie May MYRACLE (454) , daughter of John MYRACLE (1893-1952) & Lovie McDANIEL (225) (1896-). Born in 1929. At the age of 69, Lessie May died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 12 Feb 1998. Buried on 14 Feb 1998 in Jones Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Buena Vista, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999. Lessie Mae was a retired factory worker and home maker. They had the following children:
