64. James Neely BRITT. Born on 8 Oct 1853. At the age of 65, James Neely died in Timberlake, Henderson County, Tennessee on 23 Apr 1919. Buried in Apr 1919 in Beech River Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Jimmie".

James Neely married Laura Frances SCOTT, daughter of Harrison B. SCOTT (1824-1894) & Margaret SPENSER (1827-). Born on 15 May 1851 in Tennessee. At the age of 73, Laura Frances died on 28 Oct 1924. Buried in Oct 1924 in Beech River Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 9, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1870.

They had the following children:
210 i. Joseph Walter (1875-1940)
ii. John R.. Born on 21 May 1878. At the age of 1, John R. died on 29 Jul 1879. Buried in Jul 1879 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Cause of death: Flux.

65. William Rayburn BRITT. Born in 1858 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 83, William Rayburn died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in Jul 1941. Buried in 1941 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 8th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1870. Occupation: Served as Circuit Court Clerk, Henderson County, 1886.

William Rayburn married Emily BETTS. Born in 1867. At the age of 69, Emily died in 1936. Buried in 1936 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
214 i. Ramell (1887-)
ii. John Vander. Born on 3 Apr 1889. At the age of 13, John Vander died on 30 Aug 1902. Buried in 1902 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Cause of death: Appendicitis.
