Family of Silas DOUGLAS (7) & Mary Elvira HARRINGTON

20. Martha Anne DOUGLAS. Born on 1 Feb 1832 in Cumberland County, North Carolina. At the age of 85, Martha Anne died in Alabama aft 1918.

On 19 Dec 1848 when Martha Anne was 16, she first married Doctor John W. ROLLINS, in North Carolina. John W. died in Cumberland County, North Carolina on 2 Oct 1856.

They had the following children:
i. Silas Atlas. Born on 27 Feb 1850 in Fayettville, Cumberland County, North Carolina. Silas Atlas died in Montgomery, Montgomery County, Alabama.

ii. Frederick A.. Born on 2 Nov 1851. At the age of 2, Frederick A. died in North Carolina in Oct 1854.

iii. John Carson. Born on 2 Aug 1854 in North Carolina.

65 iv. Charles Avent (1855-1941)

On 16 Dec 1858 when Martha Anne was 26, she second married Richard Evans PARK, in Pike County, Alabama.

They had the following children:
i. Frank W.. Born in Alabama.

ii. Alice O.. Born in 1880 in Alabama.

iii. Ada Lenora. Born in Pike County, Alabama. Ada Lenora died in Atmore, Escambia County, Alabama on 13 Feb 1918.

iv. Celeste. Born on 2 Nov 1862 in Orion, Pike County, Alabama. Celeste died in Orion, Pike County, Alabama.

v. Solomon Joseph. Born in 1864 in Orion, Pike County, Alabama. Solomon Joseph died in Orion, Pike County, Alabama.

vi. Richard Evans. Born on 2 Nov 1865. At the age of 61, Richard Evans died in Brewton, Escambia County, Alabama on 25 May 1927. Buried in 1927 in Union Cemetery, Brewton, Alabama.

vii. Ney Picket. Born on 30 Jan 1868. At the age of 53, Ney Picket died on 21 Nov 1921. Buried in 1921 in Oakwood Cemetery, Montgomery, Alabama.
