Residence: Mr. Henry 'Doc' Holladay, 78, of Cedar Grove, Tennessee died Wednesday, November 27, 2002 at the Methodist Hospital in McKenzie. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, November 29, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Ferguson Cemetery in Cedar Grove. Bro. Robert Barger will officiate the service. Mr. Holladay was born August 18, 1924 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Ernest and Algie (Crider) Holladay. He was a retired factory worker for Ceco Door Products in Milan, a farmer, an avid rabbit hunter, a member of the Cedar Grove Presbyterian Church and a WWII Army Veteran. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, James Holladay, Audrain Holladay, Holbert Laws, and two sisters, Inell Sanders and Mozell Williams. He is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Mary (Tines) Holladay; three sons, Michael Dee Holladay of Medina, Billy Steven Holladay and Bobby Gordon Holladay both of Cedar Grove; one brother, Gordon Holladay of Bruceton. He also leaves seven grandchildren. Henry married Mary TINES. They had the following children:
