Ruby married John Lois SMITH, son of Samuel Franklin SMITH (1874-1960) & Minnie E. MORGAN (1874-1936). Born on 16 Mar 1903 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 89, John Lois died on 19 Sep 1992.

They had the following children:
i. Dwayne L.. Born in 1927. At the age of 66, Dwayne L. died on 2 May 1993.

Dwayne L. married Alma TAYLOR.

ii. Darrell Massey.

Darrell Massey married Carolyn BROOKS.


83. William Elbert OATSVALL. Born on 17 Mar 1909 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 79, William Elbert died on 23 Jan 1989. Buried in Jan 1989 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Snip".

Children:
126 i. Troy
ii. Patsy.


84. Pauline OATSVALL. Born about 1919 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

Pauline married Robert D. HAMPTON, son of Don HAMPTON (1883-) & Gather Floella CRIDER (1893-1960). Born on 8 Oct 1914. At the age of 58, Robert D. died on 28 Dec 1972.

They had the following children:
i. Jerry Dale.

ii. Robert Ronald.
