On 3 Mar 1921 when Homer Lee was 17, he married Mary Ethel DUNN, daughter of Albert Theodore DUNN & Eliza Ann NEIGHBORS. Born on 17 Sep 1900 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 99, Mary Ethel died in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee on 16 Oct 1999. Buried in Oct 1991 in Hampton Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Obituary: OBITUARY: Mary Ethel Crider, 1900 - 1999 Mary Ethel Crider, 98, of Memphis, formerly of Huntingdon, died Friday, October 16, at the American Trans Care in Memphis. Services were held on Sunday, October 18, at 2 p.m. at Dilday Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Hampton Cemetery. Brother Bill Goodpasture officiated. Mrs. Crider, the daughter of the late Albert Theodore and Eliza Ann Neighbors Dunn, was born September 17, 1900, in Carroll County. She was the widow of Homer Crider. She had lived in Memphis for the past 35 years and lived an active life until her health failed her about two years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the Southaven Church of Christ. She is survived by three sons, Desmond Crider and Homer Dunn Crider, both of Memphis, and Richard Crider of South Fulton; two daughters, Helen Milam of Louisville, Kentucky, and Marilyn Hillis of Memphis; a sister, Eura Hutchison of Troy; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and a host of friends in both Memphis and Carroll County. Pallbearers who served were Randy Crider, Russ Crider, Hal Crider, Harlan Crider, Patrick Hillis, Steve Milam, Stan Milam and Everett Dee Hutchison. They had the following children:
