On 14 Dec 1947 when Margaret Wylene was 17, she married Rudolph Hufstedler BOWMAN, son of Phillip Esco BOWMAN (1887-1970) & Lessie Angeline HAYS (1896-1978), in Mississippi. Born on 12 Oct 1924 in Beacon, Decatur County, Tennessee. Resided in Coldwater, Stark County, Mississippi.
