Occupation: Farmer. Religion: Clarksburg Church of Christ, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Dud".

On 21 Dec 1902 when Dudley L. was 28, he married Maude E. BRANDON, daughter of John R. BRANDON (1853-1930) & Elizabeth Jane GROGAN (1856-1937), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1874 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 92, Maude E. died in Clarksburg, Tennessee in 1966. Buried in 1966 in Sellers Hill Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

65. Charles Lee FLAKE. Born on 17 Apr 1876 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 87, Charles Lee died in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in 1964. Alias/AKA: "Charlie".

On 15 Dec 1895 when Charles Lee was 19, he married Sarah Elizabeth MEALS, daughter of William M. MEALS (1832-1894) & Julia PEARCY (1836-), in Henderson County, Tennessee. Born on 25 Apr 1872. At the age of 66, Sarah Elizabeth died in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in 1939. Alias/AKA: "Lizzie".

66. Susan Frances FLAKE. Born on 10 Aug 1878 in Tennessee. At the age of 97, Susan Frances died on 10 Nov 1975. Buried in Humble Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 6 Dec 1896 when Susan Frances was 18, she married Albert S. JOHNSON, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 26 Dec 1867 in Tennessee. At the age of 79, Albert S. died on 20 Nov 1947. Buried in Humble Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 12th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920.

Laban Albert Johnson, second son of Albert S. and Susan Flake Johnson, was born on March 8, 1905. He graduated from Clarksburg High School and later attended the Bowling Green Business School in Kentucky. Later he was employed as a bookkeeper for Wall-Johnson Chevrolet Company until called into the Air Force for two years during World War II. When he returned from service, he worked for the Taylor Pontiac Agency and married Lucille Giles a beautician in Huntingdon. He retired in 1977. Laban was an active member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ and died on May 1, 1980 after a long illness. He is buried in Carroll County Memorial Gardens.

In 1949 when Laban Albert was 43, he married Mary Lucille GILES, daughter of Robert GILES (1876-1938) & Mary Cora BLAIR (1878-1968). Born on 8 Jan 1906 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 95, Mary Lucille died in Holly Springs, Mississippi on 15 Jan 2001. Buried on 18 Jan 2001 in Carroll County Memorial Gardens, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Lucille Giles Johnson, 95, of Huntingdon, died Monday, January 15, at the Alliance Health Care Center in Holly Springs, Mississippi. Services were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 18, in the Dilday Funeral Chapel. Brother Goodpasture officiated. Burial followed in the Carroll County Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Johnson, the daughter of the late Robert and Cora Blair Giles, was born January 8, 1906, in Carroll County. She was a homemaker and a member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ. She was married to Laban A. Johnson, who preceded her in death. She is survived by a niece, Bobbie Loftin of Red Banks, Mississippi; two great-nephews, Ross Loftin of Tupelo, Mississippi; and Markin Loftin of Red Banks, Mississippi; and a great-niece, Jean Loftin Hawkins of Como, Mississippi.

Labon Johnson and Mary Lucille Giles had no children.

v. R. C.. Born on 22 Apr 1911. At the age of 72, R. C. died on 1 Dec 1983.

Son of Albert Sidney Johnson and Susan Frances Flake Johnson. He was born on April 22, 1911. Graduated from Huntingdon High School and attended Bethel College. He served six years in the United States Army. He also worked for 26 years for Sears in Memphis, Tennessee. He returned to Huntingdon upon retirement and resided until his death on December 1, 1983.

67. James Laborn FLAKE. Born on 31 Mar 1881. At the age of 61, James Laborn died in Arkansas in 1943. Buried in 1943 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Cause of death: Murdered on the job as a night watchman in Arkansas.

On 23 Nov 1907 when James Laborn was 26, he married Laura JOHNSON, daughter of Joseph E. JOHNSON (1853-) & Elizabeth WHITE (1853-1905), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 23 Mar 1889. At the age of 83, Laura died on 13 Nov 1972. Buried in Nov 1972 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

68. Rosie May FLAKE. Born on 1 May 1884 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 97, Rosie May died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 8 Sep 1981. Buried in 1981 in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 11 Dec 1904 when Rosie May was 20, she married Rufus ROSS, son of Jacob A. ROSS (1838-1920) & Martha Jane HARRIS (1843-1917), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 12 Nov 1881 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 92, Rufus died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 19 Jun 1974. Buried in 1974 in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Rufe".

Mary Elizabeth first married Walter Thomas WALL, son of Thomas Green WALL (1849-1930) & Nancy Triona CARRINGTON (1851-1891). Born on 8 Aug 1883 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 27, Walter Thomas died in 13th Civil DISTRICT, Carroll County, Tennessee on 2 Mar 1911. Buried in 1911 in Wall Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 12 Nov 1911 when Nancy Jane was 21, she married Jesse Edgar MASSEY, son of William Andrew MASSEY (1865-1935) & Sarah A. WHITE (1865-1935), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 4 Jul 1891. At the age of 34, Jesse Edgar died on 4 Feb 1926. Buried in Feb 1926 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Jessie".
