59. Clyde Hackney DAVIS. Born on 27 Feb 1900. At the age of 36, Clyde Hackney died on 22 Feb 1937. Buried in 1937 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Clyde Hackney married Louise Esther KING. Born on 25 Sep 1899. At the age of 75, Louise Esther died in Aug 1975.

They had the following children:
i. James Charles. Born on 8 Dec 1923. At the age of 20, James Charles died in Rome, Italy on 5 Jun 1944. Buried in 1944 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. James Charles served as a private, in the 168th Infantry, 34th Infantry Division, World War II.
ii. Clyde Wesley. Born on 2 Dec 1921 in Westport, Carroll County, Tennessee.

60. Thomas Virgil DAVIS. Born on 20 Sep 1901. At the age of 85, Thomas Virgil died in 1987. Buried in 1987 in Henderson County Memorial Gardens, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Thomas Virgil married Hessie Ella STANFORD, daughter of John Thomas STANFORD (1864-1948) & Frances Paralee GATLIN (1871-1957). Born on 31 Jul 1897. At the age of 82, Hessie Ella died on 31 Oct 1979. Buried in 1979 in Henderson County Memorial Gardens, Henderson County, Tennessee.

61. Vennie Beatrice DAVIS. Born on 12 Jan 1903 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 67, Vennie Beatrice died on 11 Dec 1970.

Vennie Beatrice married Floyd Cecil JACKSON. Born in 1899. At the age of 55, Floyd Cecil died in 1954.

Ruby Jewell married James Adrian SCOTT.

62. Ernest Ray DAVIS. Born on 11 Dec 1912 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 56, Ernest Ray died in Jan 1969. Buried in 1969 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Ernest Ray married Ruby Mae O'BRYAN. Born on 19 Oct 1921 in Cuba Landing, Humphreys County, Tennessee.

In 1935 when Nannie Mattilean was 19, she married John Malone THOMPSON, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 11 Apr 1908. At the age of 61, John Malone died on 4 Jul 1969.
