210. Mary Frances NETHERLAND. Born on 25 Feb 1924 in Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Mary Frances married William Elmer KIZER. Born on 21 Sep 1917 in Belair, Frederick County, Maryland. Occupation: Made the Army his career.

They had the following children:
i. William Robert. Born in 1954 in Japan.
ii. Sara Frances. Born in 1962 in Frederick, Maryland.
