On 19 Aug 2000 when Mitchell Douglas was 32, he married Kristie Dawn AUSTIN, daughter of Edward Sylvester AUSTIN (1949-) & Carolyn Ann BOWMAN (1946-), in Parsons, Decatur County, Tennessee. Born on 15 Oct 1977 in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.
Marriage Announcement: Kristine Austin and Mitchell Page, along with their parents would like to announce their forthcoming marriage. Kristie is the daughter of Edward and Shirley Austin of Darden and Robert and Carolyn McKinney of Parsons. Her grandparents are Hershel Bowman of Parsons and the late Alpha Bowman and the late L.B. and Bertie Austin. She is
a 1995 graduate of Riverside High School and is currently pursuing an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Mitchell is the son of Prentice Page and Nancy Page of Cedar Grove. His grandparents are the late Cecil and Ruth Page and the late Aundee and Maurine Douglas. He is a 1986 graduate of Lexington High School and is currently employed at Porter Cable in Jackson. The wedding ceremony will take place on August 19, 2000, at First Baptist Church, Parsons. The music will begin at 5:30 p.m. and the wedding will begin at 6:00 p.m. There will be a reception immediately following in the church fellowship hall. All family and friends are invited to attend. Invitations are being sent to out of town guests only.
