Lavera Hicks married Tommy CUNNINGHAM, son of James B. CUNNINGHAM (1859-1930) & Barbara KIZER (1856-1944). Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Resided in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in 1944. Alias/AKA: "T.L.".

They had one child:
i. Forrest.

73. Valous Council BUSH. Born on 7 Aug 1904 in Tennessee. At the age of 64, Valous Council died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 7 Aug 1968. Buried in 1968 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 18 Jun 1927 when Valous Council was 22, he married Alma Elaine LAWS, daughter of John Sims LAWS (1878-1920) & Siddie Emily BRANDON (1883-1956), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 14 Feb 1907 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 84, Alma Elaine died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 28 Jun 1991. Buried in 1991 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
