407. Michael Douglas BREEDEN. Born on 18 Jan 1956 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 49, Michael Douglas died in Paris, Henry County, Tennessee on 15 Mar 2005. Buried on 18 Mar 2005 in Oak Hill Cemetery, Henry County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Funeral service is planned at 2 p.m. Friday at Ridgeway Funeral Home for farmer and self-employed carpenter Michael Douglas Breeden, 49, of Paris. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. today and after 10 a.m. Friday. Breeden died Tuesday March 15, 2005, at Henry County Medical Center after sudden illness

Obituary: PARIS: Services for Michael “Mike” Douglas Breedon, 49, were at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 18, at Ridgeway Funeral Home in Paris with Steve Gallimore and Jerald Sykes officiating. Interment followed in Oak Hill Cemetery. Mr. Breedon, a farmer and self-employed carpenter, died on Tuesday, March 15, at the Henry County Medical Center following a sudden illness. He was born January 18, 1956, in Huntingdon to Harold Douglas Breedon of Cedar Grove and Doris Jean Dennison Breedon of Huntingdon, both of whom survive. Other survivors include his wife, Ret Thomas Breedon; one daughter, Melinda Webb of Surprise, Arizona; one son, Geoffery Breeden of Richmond, Kentucky; one brother, Keith Breeden of Huntingdon; his grandmother, Excell Dennison of Huntingdon; two grandchildren; and one step-grandson.
He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Carl Dennison and Lenzie and Ollie Mae Breeden.


Michael Douglas married Reta THOMAS.

They had the following children:
i. Melinda Kay. Resided in Surprise, Arizona in Mar 2005.

Melinda Kay first married Stephen LANE.

Marriage Announcement: Mr. and Mrs. Mike and Reta Breeden of Paris announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Melinda Kay, to Stephen Lane Webb, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve and Debbie Webb and Mr. and Mrs. Eddie and Loretta Allen, all of Dresden. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lucien Thomas of Paris, Doris Breeden of Huntingdon, and Harold Breeden of Cedar Grove. She is the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Bertie Deeter of Paris and Mrs. Exell Dennison of Huntingdon. A 1993 graduate of Henry County High School, she plans to graduate May 16, 1998 from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree. She is presently employed by Knott's Landing Restaurant of Paris. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Irene Webb of Dresden. A 1990 graduate of Dresden High School, he is currently serving with the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman, stationed in Spangdahlem, Germany. The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. May 31 at Oak Hill Union Church in Paris. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
