Nathaniel Carrington returned to Tennessee after the death of and married Mollie Watkins Lindeman, a widow. After Mollie's death he married to Susan Douglas White, daughter of Mollie died he married a third time to Susan Douglas White, daughter of William Abel Douglas. After his death, Susan return to Henderson County, Tennessee and lived with her brother. Nathaniel patented the first cotton planter and scraper in the United States. Nathaniel moved with his family to Marshall County, Mississippi, in about 1841. On 21 Oct 1844 when Nathaniel Robert was 22, he first married Eliza A.F. PETTY, in Marshall County, Mississippi. Born on 21 Oct 1826 in Limestone County, Alabama. At the age of 67, Eliza A.F. died in Marshall County, Mississippi on 23 Aug 1894. They had the following children:
Nathaniel Robert second married Mary WATKINS. Alias/AKA: "Molly". Nathaniel Robert third married Susan L. DOUGLAS, daughter of William Abel DOUGLAS (1818-1909) & Nancy Jane MILAM (1822-1884). Born in 1840 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 82, Susan L. died in Henderson County, Tennessee in Jan 1922. Buried in Jan 1922 in Waller-Douglas Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 7th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1870. Obituary: Mrs. Susie Carrington, widow of the late S.T. Carrington, died last Sunday afternoon at 6:00 in the home of her brother, Esq. W.A. Douglass, in the old 8th District. Mrs. Carrington had reached the great age of 82. She leaves two children, Mrs. Jennie Clements, now of Memphis, and Mrs. Susie Taylor, Dickson. Her maiden name was Douglass, being a daughter of the Esq. Abel Douglas, this county, who died many years ago. She first married Dr. Giles Waller, Juno; she next married Jerry White of the old 8th District and her last husband was S.T. Carrington. She had been a member of the Methodist Church since childhood and those who knew her tell us that she was more than an extra woman in all the relations of life. The funeral occurred Monday, with interment in the Waller graveyard near Juno by the side of her first husband. 25. Larcinia Augustus CARRINGTON. Born in 1833 in Granville County, North Carolina. Larcinia Augustus married Pat BOGGAN. They had the following children:
