Early Lee married Irvin B THOMAS, son of Henry THOMAS & Judith BUTLER. Born on 9 Mar 1882. At the age of 75, Irvin B died on 21 Sep 1957. Buried in Sep 1957 in Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

vi. Lorene.
vii. Ellie.
viii. Allie.
ix. Clardine.

92. Richard Frank CARY. Born on 14 Mar 1895 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 52, Richard Frank died on 4 Dec 1947. Buried in Dec 1947 in Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

In 1915 when Richard Frank was 19, he married Beulah Mary HOLLOWELL. Born on 14 Apr 1901. At the age of 91, Beulah Mary died on 25 Jul 1992. Buried in Jul 1992 in Mt. Comfort Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

William Felix married Hester MELTON.

94. Ether Lee CARY. Born on 21 Feb 1902 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Buried in McAuley Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Ether Lee married Tessie Marie HOLLOWELL, daughter of ? HOLLOWELL. Born on 3 Jan 1907. At the age of 86, Tessie Marie died on 8 Jan 1993. Buried in Jan 1993 in McAuley Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

153 ii. Vincent
iii. William Earl.

William Earl married Maxine HORN, daughter of Buford HORN (1904-1982) & Lillie Mae SEAGRAVES (1905-1939).
iv. Bruce.

Bruce Cary was killed in a car wreck.


Bruce first married Peggy BAKER.

Bruce second married Janice ABBOTT.

95. Vera CARY. Born on 20 May 1911 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 71, Vera died on 11 May 1983.

On 9 Oct 1929 when Vera was 18, she married Wiley Elmer HAMPTON. Born on 10 Mar 1908 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

157 iv. Ray
158 v. Carolyn

96. Effie Mae CARY. Born on 7 Nov 1914 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 30 Dec 1932 when Effie Mae was 18, she married Hulon NANNEY Senior, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 27 Nov 1910 in Henry County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
