Family of Fearington BURNETT (1) & Mary Polly HERNDON

2. Samantha BURNETT. Born on 1 Dec 1829 in North Carolina. At the age of 69, Samantha died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 4 Dec 1898. Buried in Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 24 Oct 1848 when Samantha was 18, she married Issac PRITCHARD, son of Jesse PRITCHARD (1760-1843) & MARY, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 6 Nov 1821 in North Carolina. At the age of 80, Issac died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 7 Mar 1902. Buried in Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
5 i. John F. (1849-1895)
ii. Ianna. Born on 9 Mar 1852. At the age of 42, Ianna died on 12 May 1894.

Ianna married D.H. WILLIAMS.

6 iii. Cordelia (1854-1884)
iv. Frances. Born on 28 Mar 1860 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 10, Frances died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 11 Jul 1870. Buried in Jul 1870 in Rosser Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

7 v. James Gideon (1862-1942)
vi. Dudley H.. Born on 27 Feb 1869 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 22, Dudley H. died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 14 Aug 1891. Buried in 1891 in Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.
