On 24 Dec 1902 when Lavada was 19, she married Lafayette EDWARDS, son of Green EDWARDS (1825-) & Jo Anna LINGO (1833-1912). Born on 11 Mar 1880. At the age of 74, Lafayette died in 1955. Buried in 1955 in Browns Cemetery, Madison County, Tennessee. They had the following children:
12. Ruby BURCH. Born on 7 Nov 1898. At the age of 68, Ruby died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 20 Sep 1967. Buried in Sep 1967 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. On 25 Jan 1915 when Ruby was 16, she married Clem Gray TODD, son of Rufus LaCurgas TODD (1864-1913) & Mary Elizabeth WEBB (1873-1954). Born on 4 Feb 1897 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 60, Clem Gray died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 9 Nov 1957. Buried in Nov 1957 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. They had the following children:

14. Mirl Beatrice BURCH. Born on 20 Jan 1905. At the age of 85, Mirl Beatrice died on 22 Sep 1990. Buried in Sep 1990 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Mirl Beatrice married Zena Oliver BLANKENSHIP. Born on 15 Apr 1901. At the age of 84, Zena Oliver died on 5 Mar 1986. Buried in Mar 1986 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. They had the following children:
15. Panzy Newil BURCH. Born on 7 Mar 1907. At the age of 90, Panzy Newil died on 8 Jan 1998. Buried in Jan 1998 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. On 2 Dec 1922 when Panzy Newil was 15, she first married Joe Chalmer TODD Senior, son of Rufus LaCurgas TODD (1864-1913) & Mary Elizabeth WEBB (1873-1954). Born on 8 Apr 1903 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 33, Joe Chalmer died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 16 Jan 1937. Buried in 1937 in Jones Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. Worked as a laborer with the North Carolina & St. Louis Railroad. Obituary: Joe Chalmer Todd was born April 8, 1903, and departed this life when shot by his cousin, Covie Todd, January 16, 1937. He was 33 years, nine months, and 12 days old. In 1922, he was married to Miss Newill Burch and to this union were born four children, James, Max L., Alma and Joe, Jr., all of whom survive him. He was the son of Curg and Mrs. Mary Todd. His father proceeded him to the grave 24 years ago. He is survived by his mother, two sisters, Mrs. Hershell Azbill, Timberlake and Mrs. Eddie Scott, Oak Grove; four brothers, Will, Clem, Floyd of Wildersville, and Paul of Huron. He professed faith in Christ at Wildersville Baptist Church in 1926 but never united with any church. Chalmer was a kind and loving father, a loving husband, and a good true neighbor. He will surely be missed in his neighborhood, especially by his fellow workmen with whom he had been working for several years. They had the following children:
In 1939 when Panzy Newil was 31, she second married Ray Leon TAYLOR, son of James B. Hayes TAYLOR Senior (1877-1958) & Martha Anne NORDAN (1883-). Born on 15 Sep 1919. At the age of 72, Ray Leon died on 24 Dec 1991. Buried in Dec 1991 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. They had the following children:
16. J.C. BURCH. Born on 19 Dec 1911. At the age of 71, J.C. died on 7 Nov 1983. Buried in Nov 1983 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. J.C. married Lillian PATTERSON. Born on 13 Sep 1913. They had one child:
