431. James L. ELLIS. Born on 17 Feb 1943. At the age of 52, James L. died on 30 Mar 1995.

James L. married Ollie Mae WATTS.

They had the following children:
i. Melissa.
ii. James Michael.
iii. Leslie Frank.
