On 30 Nov 1933 when Carl L. was 26, he married Frances Louise CARTER. Born on 3 Aug 1909.

They had one child:
388 i. Patsy Lou (1941-)

166. Chester RIGSBY. Born on 18 Jan 1918.

On 20 Mar 1942 when Chester was 24, he married Thelma CARY. Born on 11 Jun 1922. At the age of 76, Thelma died on 19 Aug 1998.

They had the following children:
389 i. Pam
ii. Connie.
iii. Kelly.
iv. Randall.
