On 19 Jul 1975 when Tony Spurgeon was 16, he first married Judy MAYS, in Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Daniel Joe. Born on 21 Feb 1976 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 14 Apr 1978 when Tony Spurgeon was 18, he second married Melissa GOOCH.

They had the following children:
i. Crystal. Born on 25 Jan 1979 in Decatur County, Tennessee.
ii. Tristan Tony. Born on 13 Aug 1982 in Decatur County, Tennessee.
