168. Delma Marene FISHER. Born on 11 Feb 1928 in Darden, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 23 Dec 1947 when Delma Marene was 19, she married Charles Leon WALKER, son of Lucian M. WALKER & Ida Mae ANDERSON, in Corinth, Alcorn County, Mississippi. Born on 7 Apr 1924 in Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 57, Charles Leon died on 22 Mar 1982. Buried in Mar 1982 in Union Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Rebecca Ann. Born on 3 Oct 1948 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1992.

"When Becky was nineteen, she and a friend were turning around or had parked briefly on a county road near the Osdale Holmes' property. As they were driving away, Becky was watching Osdale, who had a rifle pointed at the car, when he shot through the back windshield with buckshot and blinded Becky for life. Osdale, said to be hot tempered, was sentenced to fifteen years in prison which he never served. He died at Western state mental hospital. Becky met her husband Jack at a school for the blind. 169. Sarah Laverne FISHER. Born on 21 Nov 1929 in Darden, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 12 Nov 1972 when Sarah Laverne was 42, she married James E. DAVIS, in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Lethia Michelle. Born on 17 May 1974 in Kileen, Texas. Lethia Michelle died in Kileen, Texas on 17 May 1974. Buried in May 1974 in Burial in Kileen, Bell County, Texas.

170. Wilbur Hugh FISHER. Born on 28 Sep 1932 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in St. Louis, Missouri in 1992.

Wilbur High Fisher received a Bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineeering.

On 16 Oct 1955 when Wilbur Hugh was 23, he married Janette PALMER. Born on 1 Nov 1936 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

ii. Rhonda Denise. Born on 3 Jan 1958 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee.

On 28 Nov 1980 when Rhonda Denise was 22, she first married Tyler James FELTZ. They were divorced in Jan 1992.

In Apr 1998 when Rhonda Denise was 40, she second married Randall Doyle SMITH.

171. Melba Ann FISHER. Born on 28 Nov 1936 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 65, Melba Ann died in Jul 2002. Buried on 27 Jul 2002 in Mt. Ararat Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Services for Melba Ann Volner, 65, will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 27, 2002 at the First Baptist Church in Lexington with burial in Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Cemetery in Darden. Survivors include one son; one daughter; one brother; two sisters; two grandsons and one granddaughter.

Obituary: Funeral services for Mrs. Melba Ann Volner are scheduled for Saturday, July 27, 2002 at 11:00am at First Baptist Church in Lexington with Dr. Hoyt Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Volner was born November 28, 1936 in Henderson County to the late Elbert and Lola Bradfield Fisher. Mrs. Volner passed away, Thursday in Parsons. Survivors include her children, Jeff Volner and wife, Lora of Lexington and Jennifer Volner of Scotts Hill, her brother, Hugh Fisher of St. Louis, MO, two sisters, Marene Walker of Lexington and LaVerne Davis of Henderson, and three grandchildren, Nick, Joey, and Kara Volner.

On 16 May 1954 when Melba Ann was 17, she married Robert Leon VOLNER, son of Robert VOLNER & Willie WEATHERFORD, in Corinth, Alcorn County, Mississippi. Born on 6 Jul 1935 in Scotts Hill, Decatur County, Tennessee. Resided in Decaturville, Decatur County, Tennessee in Jan 2003. Occupation: Sawmill.

They had the following children:
276 i. Jeffrey Leon (1958-)
ii. Jennifier Lee. Born on 19 Dec 1961 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

In 1979 when Jennifier Lee was 17, she first married Tommy PARKER, son of Paul PARKER & Shirley SEGO. They were divorced in 1980.

On 2 May 1981 when Jennifier Lee was 19, she second married Steve SIDES, in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. They were divorced.
