On 3 Jul 1990 when Phillip Edward was 19, he married Sandy Denise WALKER, daughter of Joe WALKER & Sue WEBB. They had the following children:
251. Ricky Lee MOORE. Born on 9 Mar 1972. On 3 Sep 1999 when Ricky Lee was 27, he married Gail Lynn BYARS, daughter of Terry Russell BYARS (1953-) & Cynthia Gail HAYWOOD (6 Nov 1956-), in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 30 Sep 1973. They had one child:
Marriage Announcement: Gail Byars of Clarksburg and Ricky Moore of Westport will be united in marriage at Cedarwood Bed and Breakfast in Huntingdon at 6:30 p.m. on September 3. Gail is the daughter of Terry and Katie Byars of Clarksburg and Robert and Cynthia Butler of Clarksburg. Her grandparents are Roy Gene and Bonnie Humphrey of Clarksburg and Bobby and Evonne Haywood of Huntingdon. Her great grandmother is Lila Carden of Huntingdon. She is a 1991 graduate of Clarksburg High School and is a certified Medical Transcriptionist. She is presently employed at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon. Ricky is the son of Rodney and Patricia Moore of Westport. His grandparents are Brooksie Therrell and the late Lee Therrell of Westport and the late Virgil and Bonnie Moore of Huntingdon. He is a 1990 graduate of Clarksburg High School. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. He is presently employed at Foamex in Milan as a plant supervisor. All friends and family are invited.
