On 10 Mar 1959 when Frances Helen was 19, she married Edgar Garfield CARROLL, son of Hubert CARROLL & Ethel BIGGERT, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 31 Oct 1931 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Eddie".

They had the following children:
189 i. Shirley Annette (1960-)
ii. Michael Hugh. Born on 9 Aug 1961.

Michael Hugh married Lisa Dawn KNOTT.
190 iii. Amanda Birdie (1965-)

90. Henry Galen RHODES. Born on 12 Jan 1949 in Lexington, Tennessee.

In 1968 when Henry Galen was 18, he first married Bonnie COLEMAN, in Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Steven Lee. Born in 1970 in Tennessee.

Henry Galen second married Rosa SHELTON. Born on 7 Feb 1947 in Tennessee.
