Bobby Lee third married Kaye QUINN.

On 4 Oct 1968 when Randall Earl was 17, he married Frances Janean WALKER, daughter of Robert Earl WALKER Senior (1928-) & Alice Jean TODD, in Tennessee. Born in 1952. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in 2000.

They had the following children:

ii. Timothy Todd. Born on 5 Mar 1975.

SHERIFF'S DEPUTY INJURED IN TRAFFIC MISHAP. Carroll County Sheriff's Deputy Tim Meggs was slightly injured when his patrol car hydroplaned and landed in a ditch off Buena Vista Road Sunday afternoon. According to Sheriff Bendell Bartholomew, Meggs was responding to a 911 call at approximately 5:20 p.m. at the same time a thunderstorm was rolling through the area. Meggs reportedly spent several hours at the emergency room at Baptist Hospital, but was released later that night. The 1994 Ford patrol unit was totaled from the accident.

On 31 Aug 1973 when Deborah Carol was 18, she married Daryl Lewis BUNN, in Tennessee. Born on 1 Jul 1953 in Tennessee.

i. Keisha Denise. Born on 10 Oct 1979 in Tennessee.
ii. Jared Ross. Born on 24 Jul 1982 in Tennessee.
iii. Jeffrey Ryan. Born on 18 Sep 1984 in Tennessee.
