52. Minnie Lucille HAMMETT. Born on 24 Aug 1906 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 75, Minnie Lucille died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 15 May 1982.

Minnie Lucille married Lucian Orin WEBB, son of Dosey B. WEBB (1882-1948) & Mary Frances BRADFORD. Born on 23 Oct 1903 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, Lucian Orin died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 8 Dec 1972.

They had the following children:

v. Willard.

Willard married Sue ODLE.


53. Nancy Vonnell HAMMETT. Born on 17 Aug 1908 in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 92, Nancy Vonnell died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 15 Nov 2000. Buried on 17 Nov 2000 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Nancy Vonnell Pritchard, 92, of Yuma, died Wednesday, November 15, at the Huntingdon Health & Rehabilitation Center. Services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, November 17, in the Dilday Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. Peter Kirby officiated. Burial followed in the New Hope Cemetery. Pallbearers who served were Johnny Hammett, Greg Hammett, Ricky Anderson, Barry Todd, Tommy Powell and Lyn Breeden. Mrs. Pritchard, the daughter of the late John and Vida Birdwell Hammett, was born August 17, 1908, in Yuma. She was a homemaker and a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. She was married to James Raphael Pritchard who preceded her in death in 1964. She is survived by one daughter, Gloria Anderson of Huntingdon; a son, Bobby Pritchard of Huntingdon; a brother, Edward Hammett of Shiloh; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

On 14 Feb 1927 when Nancy Vonnell was 18, she married James Raphael PRITCHARD, son of James Monroe PRITCHARD (1869-1954) & Elizabeth JOHNSON (1871-1955). Born on 10 Dec 1908. At the age of 55, James Raphael died on 9 Jan 1964. Buried in Jan 1964 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Shorty".

Drove the Yuma, Carroll County, school bus for many years.

They had the following children:

54. Emmett HAMMETT. Born in 1911 in Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Emmett married Ruth WHITTLE.

They had the following children:

55. Julian HAMMETT. Born in 1918. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Julian married Ernestine FREELAND.

They had the following children:
97 i. Peggy
ii. Kathy.

Kathy married Ricky AKINS.


56. Carmack HAMMETT. Born on 17 Nov 1922. At the age of 67, Carmack died on 27 Feb 1990. Buried in Feb 1990 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

On 21 Nov 1942 when Carmack was 20, he married Earline PATTERSON, daughter of George PATTERSON (1885-1972) & Pearl BAKER (1894-1980). Born on 18 Feb 1926.

They had the following children:
i. Richard.

Richard first married Judy COMPTON.

Richard second married Janet NEWSOME.

57. Edward HAMMETT. Born in 1925 in Tennessee. Resided in Shiloh, Carroll County, Tennessee in Nov 2000. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Edward married Juanita WEBB.

They had the following children:
99 i. Johnny
100 ii. Jennifer

58. Justin HAMMETT. Born in 1927 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Justin married Maxine DUNCAN.

They had one child:
