Magaret Selina BIRDWELL. Born on 12 Dec 1853 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 58, Magaret Selina died in Greene County, Arkansas on 23 Aug 1912. Buried in Aug 1912 in Wright Cemetery, Greene County, Arkansas. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1860. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1880.

On 28 Oct 1874 when Magaret Selina was 20, she married William Franklin BREWER, son of Nathaniel David Jackson BREWER (1816-1906) & Alsa SHIPMAN (1822-1910), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 27 Jul 1849 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. D.J.. Resided in Searcy, Arkansas.

ii. R.G.. Resided in Beebe, Arkansas.

iii. J.A.. Resided in Marmaduke, Arkansas.

iv. M.O.. Resided in Paragould, Arkansas.

6. Martha Jemima BIRDWELL. Born on 13 Sep 1859 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 40, Martha Jemima died in Archer County, Texas on 22 Sep 1899. Buried in Sep 1999 in Riverside Cemetery, Wichita Falls, Texas. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1860. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1880.

On 29 Jan 1888 when Martha Jemima was 28, she married Haywood TUCKER, son of Joseph H. TUCKER (1815-1890) & Naomi JOHNSON (1817-1884), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 24 Nov 1856 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 81, Haywood died in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas on 17 Sep 1938. Buried in Sep 1938 in Riverside Cemetery, Wichita Falls, Texas. Religion: Member of Williams Chapel Church of Christ, Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Haywood Tucker moved to Archer County, Texas, with the Birdwell family in 1890. He farmed there until 1907 when he moved to the Charlie Community in Clay County, Texas. He continued to farm for a short while until he retired. He never operated a hardware store which was run by his daughter, Era Tucker Block. He was very active in church work by starting a Church of Christ congregation which is still meeting to this day.

They had the following children:
i. Ernest. Born in 1888 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 2, Ernest died in Archer County, Texas on 17 May 1890.

v. Gussie Paige. Born on 15 Dec 1895 in Archer County, Texas. At the age of 87, Gussie Paige died in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas on 5 Jun 1983.

On 1 Dec 1929 when Gussie Paige was 33, she married Trussie Addison HELLUMS, in Charlie, Clay County, Texas. Born on 31 Mar 1885 in Hickory Flatt, Mississippi. At the age of 78, Trussie Addison died in Charlie, Clay County, Texas on 27 Feb 1964.

7. William Susan BIRDWELL. Born on 10 Nov 1861 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 39, William Susan died on 26 Aug 1901. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1880.

On 9 Dec 1883 when William Susan was 22, she married Samuel Walker PLANT, son of William Henry PLANT & Rebecca Susan TOMLINSON, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 9 Jan 1859 in Plant, Humphreys County, Tennessee. At the age of 83, Samuel Walker died in Obion County, Tennessee on 4 Jan 1943.

They had the following children:
i. Nealie. Resided in Union City, Obion County, Tennessee.

Nealie married Charlie CORBETT.

ii. Bertha.

Bertha married Robert McCAULEY.


8. Florence J. BIRDWELL. Born in 1875 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 3 Apr 1905 when Florence J. was 30, he married Stella SWAYZIE, in Wichita Falls, Texas.

They had the following children:
i. Beatrice Inez.

Beatrice Inez married C.S. BUTLER.
