"History of Carroll County Tennessee" pg 373 states Joe was born in 1872

He married Waneta Kelsey "Nettie" BROWNING, F, in 1903 in Milan, Tennessee. Born in 1883 in Milan, Tennessee. Waneta Kelsey "Nettie" was 67 when she died in Milan, Tennessee in 1950. Waneta Kelsey "Nettie" was buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Milan, Gibson County, TN.
