11. Thomas SPRINGER. Born in 1826. At the age of 23, Thomas died in Carroll County, Tennessee in Nov 1849. On 15 Feb 1846 when Thomas was 20, he married Zelpha Ann GULLEDGE, daughter of Jeptha GULLEDGE (1801-1842) & Catherine SELLERS (1806-1855), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 1 Mar 1829 in Tennessee. At the age of 80, Zelpha Ann died aft 1910. Zelpha was living with her inlaws, Uriah Springer and Ruth Belew Springer, in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1870. They had the following children:

Gave the land to build the Poplar Springs Church of Christ/School in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. On 13 Nov 1867 when James M. was 24, he married Mary Elizabeth LAWS, daughter of Hiram LAWS (1803-1879) & Jincy Ann SIMS (1807-1873). Born on 30 Jun 1842 in Tennessee.
