Marriage Announcement: Danny and Wanda Powers would like to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Dana Powers. to Brian Cheever. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Otha and Olean Powers and th elate Jess H. [Buddy] and Dartha Veteto of Lexington. She is a 1996 graduate of Lexington High school and is currently employed at Barleys in Jackson. The bridgegroom-to-be is the son of Jerry and Barbara Cheever of Nashville and the grandson of B.A. and Betty Cheever of Toronto, Ks., and Mr. and Mrs. Humelke of Wichita, KS. He is a 1996 graduate of Washington University, majoring in chemical engineering. Brian is currently the Asst. General Manager for the West Tenn. Diamond Jaxx. The wedding will take place Saturday, January 13, 2001, at First Methodist Church of Lexington. Music will begin at 1:30 p.m. A reception will follow the wedding at Cub Lake Lodge at Natchez Trace State Park. Invitatins have been sent to out of town guests only. All family and friends are invited.

471. Terry POWERS. Born in 1955. At the age of 28, Terry died in Madison County, Tennessee on 17 Sep 1983. Buried in 1983 in Ridge Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.
