279. Delbert Edward ROBERTSON. Born on 13 Jul 1923. At the age of 81, Delbert Edward died in Camden, Benton County, Tennessee on 10 Oct 2004. Buried on 12 Oct 2004 in Hare Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Camden, Benton County, Tennessee in Jun 2002. Alias/AKA: "Blackie".

Obituary: Services for Delbert "Blackie" Robertson, 81, will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 1:00 pm. at Reed's Chapel. Burial will follow in Hare Cemetery. Mr. Robertson, retired from L & N Railroad, died Sunday, October 10, 2004 at his home in Camden. Survivors include his wife, Doreen Robertson of Camden; one daughter, Kathy Tate of Hohenwald; one step-daughter, Theresa Rushing of Savannah; two sons, Ricky Robertson of Lexington, Eddie Robertson of Wildersville; two step-sons, Darrell Stoneking of California and Ronnie Stoneking of Florida; two sisters, Mildred Seagraves of Yuma and Mary "Tincie Todd of Wildersville; two grandchildren; twelve step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren. Visitation will be today from 4 pm til 9pm and on Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. till service time. Reed's Chapel 731-968-3643



Delbert Edward first married Dorothy Ray COZART (234) , daughter of Raymond COZART (1903-1945) & Lyla Myrtle AZBILL (131) (1908-1993). Born on 1 Jul 1926 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Resided in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in Jun 2002.

They had the following children:
i. Tony Ray. Born on 10 Jul 1945. Tony Ray died on 5 Dec 1945. Buried in Dec 1945 in Jones Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee.

iii. Kathy Elaine. Born on 13 May 1950. Resided in Hohenwald, Lewis County, Tennessee in Oct 2004.

On 9 May 1980 when Kathy Elaine was 29, she married Richard Owen TATE, son of ? TATE & Juanita WALKER (1927-2002). Born on 25 Nov 1957. Resided in Hohenwald, Lewis County, Tennessee on 22 Nov 2002.

In the late 1980s, Richard and Kathy lived in Hohenwald, Lewis County, Tennessee.

iv. Eddie. Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in Oct 2004.


Delbert Edward second married Brooksie Nelle Stephens HILL.

On 11 May 1974 when Delbert Edward was 50, he third married Doreen Harness STONEKING. Born on 25 May 1925.

280. Mildred Irene ROBERTSON. Born on 24 Oct 1925. Resided in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee in Oct 2004.

On 27 Aug 1943 when Mildred Irene was 17, she married Noble SEGRAVES (221) , son of Eugene SEGRAVES (1893-1976) & Addie WEBB (127) (1894-1930). Born on 6 Apr 1921. At the age of 73, Noble died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 12 Aug 1994. Buried in Aug 1994 in Hare Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Military: Served in World War II.

281. Mary Alene ROBERTSON. Born on 21 Feb 1941. Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in Oct 2004. Alias/AKA: "Tincie".

Mary Alene married Jackie Cecil TODD, son of Edwin TODD & Marena MOODY. Born on 9 Oct 1938.

They had one child:
i. James Edward. Born on 8 Aug 1964 in Illinois.
