Allen moved with his parents from Giles County, Tennessee, to Lawrence County, Tennessee. He married Kiziah Stratton and moved with her and his mother to Henderson County, Tennessee. Allen Azbill was a member of Constantine Lodge # 64, Free and Accepted Masons. Their records indicate he died in March 1872. Since many of his children are buried there, it is assumed he is buried at the Oak Grove Cemetery on the Lexington-Alberton Road in Henderson County, Tennessee. Obituary: Five miles east of Lexington, on the 15th inst., Mr. Allen Azbill died of pneumonia. Mr. Azbill was one of the earliest settlers of the county having been a resident over 50 years. During the 1870 Census, Allen Azbill was living with his son, Rayburn Azbill, in the 20th District, Henderson County, Tennessee. In 1817 when Allen was 27, he married Kiziah STRATTON. Born in 1800 in South Carolina. At the age of 65, Kiziah died in Henderson County, Tennessee in 1865. Buried in 1865 in Oak Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 10, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1850. They had the following children:
