James Edward first married Donna Arlene WALLACE, daughter of Eddie WALLACE (1918-1996) & Edna Belle WALKER (1922-1993). Born on 17 Jun 1951 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1993. Resided in Bristol, Sullivan County, Tennessee in 1996.

They had one child:
i. Jonathan Edward.

James Edward second married Jeannie GRITZ, daughter of Harold GRITZ & Edna HOLTZEN (1920-2002).

299. Sandra Gail ROBERTS. Born in 1954.

Sandra Gail married Robert Earl WALKER Junior, son of Robert Earl WALKER Senior (1928-) & Alice Jean TODD. Born in 1953. Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in 2000.

They had the following children:
i. Wes.
ii. Wil.
