86. John C. MANESS. Born in Feb 1880 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 41, John C. died in 1922. Buried in 1922 in Mazies Chapel Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 3 Oct 1896 when John C. was 16, he married Mary Ellen WOODS, in Hardeman County, Tennessee. Born in 1880. At the age of 60, Mary Ellen died in 1940. Buried in 1940 in Mazies Chapel Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

87. Azoria MANESS. Born on 22 Nov 1891. At the age of 82, Azoria died in Steele, Pemiscott County, Missouri in Apr 1974.

Azoria married Frank HAYS, son of John B. HAYS & Mary Elizabeth LINDSAY. Born in Feb 1898 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 79, Frank died in Steele, Pemiscott County, Missouri in Jun 1977.

They had the following children:

ii. Denver. Born on 8 Mar 1920. At the age of 71, Denver died in Mar 1992.

iv. Neva Jane. Born on 27 Jul 1924. At the age of 45, Neva Jane died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 17 Aug 1969.

Neva Jane married John Riley MANESS. Born on 10 Apr 1917. At the age of 81, John Riley died on 2 Mar 1999.

88. Lou Annie MANESS. Born on 22 May 1894. At the age of 84, Lou Annie died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in Nov 1978. Buried in Nov 1978 in Central Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Lou Annie married Joe Asborn WOODS, son of Henry Clay WOODS & Sally Ann MANESS. Born in Nov 1894. At the age of 58, Joe Asborn died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 3 Nov 1952. Buried in Nov 1952 in Centeral Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Katherine. Born in 1936. At the age of 25, Katherine died in 1961.

89. Maudie MANESS. Born on 22 Dec 1900. At the age of 75, Maudie died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1976. Buried in 1976 in Bible Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Maudie married Victor C. WOOD, son of William Tom WOOD & Missie Camalee MANESS. Born in Sep 1896 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 67, Victor C. died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1964. Buried in 1964 in Bible Grove Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Hazel. Born on 23 Sep 1916. At the age of 5, Hazel died on 16 Mar 1922.
