88. Rex Essary FRIZZELL. Born on 22 Jun 1900 in Tennessee. At the age of 79, Rex Essary died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 21 Feb 1980.

Rex Essary married Lula Mae WOODS. Born on 3 Jun 1917.

They had the following children:
i. Rex Rayburn. Born on 22 Jun 1935. At the age of 63, Rex Rayburn died in Jul 1998.

ii. Wesley. Born on 5 Dec 1939. At the age of 55, Wesley died in Jan 1995.

iii. Ronald Lee. Born on 7 Jan 1949. At the age of 45, Ronald Lee died on 27 Aug 1994.


89. William Carl FRIZZELL. Born around 1907 in Tennessee.

William Carl married Mabel SHANNON.

They had the following children:
i. William Jerry. Born on 15 May 1928 in Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 77, William Jerry died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 15 May 2005. Buried on 17 May 2005 in Union Cemetery, Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Funeral services for Mr. William Jerry Frizzell are scheduled for 4:30 PM, Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at Union Baptist Church in Chesterfield with Bro. Aaron Armstrong and Bro. David Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery. Mr. Frizzell died late Sunday in Lexington. He was born May 15, 1928 in Chesterfield, Tennessee to the late William Carl and Mabel Shannon Frizzell. Jerry attended local schools and after graduation from LHS completed two years of higher education, mostly at West Tennessee Business College in Jackson. He then went to work for the U. S. Department of Agriculture in Memphis on temporary appointment in July, 1949. In September of that year, he went to Washington D. C. to work for the Federal Housing Administration. Later he was transferred to Commerce and still later to civilian employment with the Navy Department. In September, 1952 the Navy office where he worked moved to Mechanicsburg, PA. Navy Supply Depot near Harrisburg, PA. Here he met Betty Johnson and they were married in March, 1961. He moved back to the family home in Chesterfield in 1992, after his wife's passing. Mr. Frizzell stayed busy at Union Church, was a 50 year member of Lexington Lions Club, was an Everett Horn Public Library Volunteer, and belonged to Chapter 519 Association of Retired Federal Employees. He was preceded in death by his wife of twenty seven years, Betty Johnson Frizzell, a brother, Bobby Frizzell and a sister, Jane Frizzell. Survivors include his stepson, Ronald Johnson of Pennsylvania; a brother, Donald Frizzell of Chesterfield; a step-grandson, Michael Johnson; a niece, Tracy (Daryl) Hamm; a nephew, Allen Frizzell and a great niece and nephew, Anna Marie and Tyler of Chesterfield, TN.
