On 3 Jun 1983 when Vicky was 24, she married Gary Lois TODD, son of James Robert TODD (1925-) & Robbie HARRISON, in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Garrett Alex. Born on 7 Jan 1987 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
ii. Hunter Benjamin. Born on 26 Jul 1989 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

323. Steven HENDRIX. Born on 27 Jan 1969 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee in Jun 2004.

Steven married Tanya TART, daughter of Weldon TART & Pam ?.

They had the following children:
i. Ty Landon. Born on 28 Jun 2000.
ii. Madison.
