about 1950 when Virginia Mae was 20, she married Max Todd LEWIS, son of Ervin LEWIS (1904-1984) & Nancy Ann TODD (1905-1983). Born in 1930 in District 14, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
339 i. Ricky Lee (1952-)
ii. Infant. Born on 13 Jan 1965. Infant died on 13 Jan 1965. Buried in Jan 1965 in Farmville Cemetery, Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee.
