DOUGLAS. Born in 1872 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, John N. died in 1941. Buried in 1941 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in House 156, 8th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1880. Resided in 1st District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930.

John N. Douglas was a store owner and landowner in the Union Cross Community, Henderson County, Tennessee

On 20 Dec 1896 when John N. was 24, he married Ida May PEARSON, daughter of William Dudley PEARSON (1854-1920) & Betty Emma BREWER (1853-1917), in Henderson County, Tennessee. Born in 1876 in Tennessee. Buried in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 1st District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930.

They had the following children:

56. Sidney Oscar DOUGLAS. Born in 1879 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 72, Sidney Oscar died in Henderson County, Tennessee in 1951. Buried in 1951 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 22 Dec 1899 when Sidney Oscar was 20, he married Edgar DENNISON, daughter of Irvin T. DENNISON (ca1852-) & Beulah Virginia WALLER (1861-1942). Born on 22 Oct 1880. At the age of 92, Edgar died on 6 Apr 1973. Buried in Apr 1973 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Dennis D.. Born in 1903 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 76, Dennis D. died in 1979. Buried in 1979 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Dennis D. married Alice BAILEY. Born in 1917. At the age of 72, Alice died in 1989. Buried in 1989 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.
ii. Clara M.. Born on 22 Sep 1907 in Henderson County, Tennessee.

Clara M. married Leon R. HALL, son of William Arthur HALL Senior (1846-1927) & Mary C. LYON (1854-1927). Born on 30 Jan 1895. At the age of 70, Leon R. died on 17 Aug 1965. Buried in Aug 1965 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.
iii. N.R.. Born in 1909 in Henderson County, Tennessee.

57. Maggie DOUGLAS. Born on 1 Jun 1884 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 94, Maggie died in 1979. Buried in 1979 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Mag".

Maggie married William Needham JORDAN. Born on 4 Nov 1878. At the age of 57, William Needham died on 4 Oct 1936. Buried in Oct 1936 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. W.A..
ii. Max Kenneth. Born on 28 Jun 1915. At the age of 55, Max Kenneth died on 30 Aug 1970. Buried in Aug 1970 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.
iii. Anita.
